Prepare Your Body:
In preparation for your Ayahuasca journey, we recommend adhering to a mindful diet at least three days prior. Opt for vegetarian options and avoid coffee, salt, sugar, spices, junk food, and red meat. Plain chicken or fish are acceptable, as is olive oil. Refrain from alcohol and smoking. This mindful approach not only enhances the potency of the medicine but also promotes a smoother physical experience.

What to Bring:
Wear comfortable clothing during the ceremony and don’t forget to bring along some water!

Lodging:
You can sleep at the maloca after ceremony (we have blankets and cushions).
